		<description>&lt;p&gt;Kitty- how does this work as leftovers? Even I couldn&#039;t eat all of it in one sitting. I&#039;d also like to add a &quot;dang it!&quot; as I just threw out a parmesan rind.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;This is really good for a few days. I even like it cold, but it reheats well--you might want to add a little liquid to thin it out, as it does thicken as it rests.
