These are excellent the next day. The flavors meld and they might taste even better than the first day. From my experience, I&#039;d think they&#039;d be fine in the refrigerator for about 4 days. Beyond that, I&#039;d freeze them (or toss them).</description>

		<description>I made these tonight after remembering to set the chickpeas to soak this morning (hooray for canceled classes!) and they came out beautifully, aside from the two I burned. The only trouble now is that I only have little me to eat them since, contrary to popular belief, I don&#039;t eat as much as 4-5 people. Here&#039;s hoping that they taste as well the next day.</description>
