		<description>Oooh, what a good tip. I&#039;ve always wondered about these pans. And have coveted one, but for the same reasons as you (how often, after all, do I make crepes?) never got one. I&#039;m so glad to hear how versatile (and cheap!) they are! And with such a thin profile, one would hardly take up too much room in my already over-stuffed kitchen. :)</description>
